Description Of Property: We purchased this park on July 1st 2015. Of the total 36 spaces, there were 18 paying tenants. The park had bad people that needed to be evicted and homes that needed to be demolished. We have brought in 7 homes in to the park and rehabbed additional 10. Currently, there are 2 vacant spaces and the park is fully occupied other than those vacant spaces. At the time of purchase, the park was doing $7,000 a month; today we are over $12,000 a month and expect to be $14,000 a month when we are completely finished. We eliminated an entrance and exit to decrease foot traffic and it completely changed the park for good.
