There was a house on the property that we turned into a rental house and our office. We have put a brick wall across the entire font of the park and added landscaping to beautify the park. At the time of purchase, the income was $17,000 a month; today it is doing over $25,000 a month. When we are finished the park should be doing $40,000 a month. We have evicted more than 10 bad tenants over 9 months of the ownership of this park. We have demolished 10 homes that we uninhabitable and have moved in 15 homes.
