Description Of Property: This Park was an absolute disaster when we purchased it, there were 4 tenants living in the park and 2 of them were drug dealers. We had to remove more than 10 homes, brought in 15 homes, hired a new management team, redesigned the park to have bigger spaces for our mobile homes, and worked to filling the park. At the time of purchase, the park was doing less than $1,000 a month, today the park is 100% occupied and is doing more than $13,000 a month. The thing we are most proud of is the community we have been able to create with all families and is very desirable place to live.
